Lee County court records disclose on October 29, 2019 Juan Mateo Ruiz, 32 years old, was sentenced to 15 years in prison after being found guilty of second degree felony lewd or lascivious molestation of a child aged 12-16.
Ruiz was arrested on May 9, 2018 and a Lee County jury found him guilty in September 2019.
The notice of immigration detainer was filed October 17, 2019.
