Mark Levin: Mitch McConnell, Karl Rove behind the political attacks in GA on Herschel Walker

Mark Levin closed out hour one of his Thursday August 26, 2021 radio show announcing Kentucky Senator and U.S. Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell is involved in the vicious political attacks in Georgia against Herschel Walker.

And you'll never guess who McConnell's svengali is.

Start from the 48:05 minute mark

"By the way it's my understanding Mitch McConnell is encouraging all the vicious attacks in Georgia on Herschel Walker because, y'know Mitch McConnell and his svengali..what's his name--Karl Rove --they've a different candidate..they did so well last time with the two mannequins....."

Walker, 59 — a former running back from the University of Georgia who went on to play for NFL teams including the Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Eagles — is joining a number of other Republicans who hope to beat out Democratic incumbent Sen. Raphael Warnock.

Did I mention Herschel Walker is backed by President Trump?

For daring to run against lazy establishment RINO's and provide voters with competitive election choices in Georgia, Walker is getting the Larry Elder and Lt. Col. Allen West treatment from Republicans.

Lawful entry be damned; Biden State department allows Afghani's to bypass CBP at Dulles

Americans were recently reminded that in April this year President Biden  said he would withdraw the remaining American forces from Afghanistan by Sept. 11, telling the nation “it’s time for American troops to come home”.

Everyday rational Americans thought that meant a well coordinated, orderly plan to prioritze the withdraw  of Americans from Afghanistan was developed and would be implemented.

But amidst the chaos over the  past two weeks it's clear the priority of the Biden Administration was "Everyone OTHER than Americans."

That was the subject of Fox News' Tucker Carlson's opening monolgue last night.

But what caught our attention, beginning at the 3:50 minute mark, were two accounts of prioritizing the evacuation of Afghanistan nationals which had County Examiner wonder:

"Did these foreign nationals lawfully enter the United States after inspection and authorization by an immigration officer?"
One pilot from United Airlines-- someone who is flying people out of Kabul as part of Civilian Reserve Airlift Fleet just told Fox News he was simply told to evacuate people from Afghanistan--- no details beyond that.

He was never given a passenger manifest and when his airplane arrived at Dulles outside of Washington the State Department refused to share any passenger information with CBP ; they whisked them on through.

Another commercial airlines employee, a flight attendant just told this show her flight crew would be ferrying American civilians who had escaped from Kabul  and she was happy to do it, but when they arrived in Qatar in the Gulf they learned that in fact would be carrying NO American citizens at all, none instead theyd have to transport Afghan nationals many of who who became unruly on the flight ...

Isn't a foreign nationals entry into the United States defined as “the lawful entry of the alien into the United States after inspection and authorization by an immigration officer?"

Did these Afghan nationals lawfully enter the United States?

An emerging premise is THIS has been the plan; the unspoken and political plan to import 100's of thousands of Afghan nationals into this country who have more in common with the Taliban and their rule of law than with America, the U.S. Constitution and our Rule of Law.

GA Gubernatorial Candidate Vernon Jones today responded to Brian Kemp’s message by declaring Kemp is working with Democrats to bring the Taliban to GA.

Texas DPS publishes update on Operation Lone Star; ProPublica seeks more details

The Texas Department of Public Safety released their August 5, 2021 update of their activities related to Texas Governor Greg Abbott's "Operation LoneStar" initiative. County Examiner has learned one non-profit news room that frequently collaborates with the Texas Tribune is seeking additional detail on the operations immigration and prosecution efforts.

The DPS report reveals over 58,000 migrant apprehensions & referrals and in excess of $3.7 million dollars in currency were seized inside the interest area of Operation LoneStar while over $8.3 million in currency was seized outside the interest area.

DPS pursuit stats for four regions in South Texas were also published in the report; DPS revealed a 774% increase in the Del Rio (DRT) sector pursuits.

Operation Lone Star Aug 5 U... by Yvonne Larsen

According to Texas DPS the migrant referrals began March 17, 2021 and that date coincides precisely with an open records request for immigration arrest, prosecutions information sent to Val Verde County, Texas just a few days prior to the Texas DPS report release.

Note in section (q) the specific request for the names of arresting and investigating officers and information on the complaintant.

March 17, 2021 also coincides with the exact date Texas Governor Greg Abbott's office published a press release announcing the expansion of Operation Lone Stars effort on human trafficking related to illegal border crossings. (emphasis mine)
"President Biden’s reckless open border policies have created a humanitarian crisis that is enriching the cartels, smugglers, and human traffickers who often prey on and abuse unaccompanied minors,” said Governor Abbott. “Americans deserve to know what the Biden Administration is doing to  investigate the surge of unaccompanied minors crossing the border and to protect those who are victims of human trafficking. That is why we are expanding Operation Lone Star to include anti-human trafficking efforts, such as interviewing unaccompanied minors to learn if they are victims of human trafficking. This will help us gain information to keep these children safe, root out human trafficking or other criminal activity, and prevent more children from being trafficked and abused. Whether it's securing the border or fighting human trafficking, the state of Texas will always step up to fill the gaps left by Washington."
County Examiner looks forward to ProPublica's report on the victims of illegal alien crime--the Texas landowners & the physical condition of their property, their livestock loss and how their rights, the rights of Americans are being trampled on.

"Anyone but Abbott" is the battle cry---hmmm, not so fast, TEC records show

"Anyone But Abbott" might be the battle cry of some Texans supporting Don Huffines for Texas Governor but a review of campaign finance reports could leave others scratching their head saying "Whoa Nellie; not so fast".

We found one Huffines family member made a hefty campaign contribution to Texans For Greg Abbott and have the documents to back it up.
Earlier today Bianca Gracia from Latinos for Trump appeared on Steve Bannon's show War Room: Pandemic. She told Bannon's audience there have been no arrests of illegal aliens as Texas Governor Abbott had promised and.... she is supporting Don Huffines.

"Anyone But Abbott"? Well it seems a member of Don Huffines own family is in complete disagreement with that statement; let's take a peek at those pesky campaign finance reports, shall we?

According to data reported to the Texas Ethics Commission one James Huffines made a $10,000 contribution to Texans for Greg Abbott. The contribution was recorded as made on June 25, 2021, barely over one month AFTER Don Huffines May 10 announcement to challenge Governor Abbott in the GOP gubernatorial primary.

"Anyone but Abbott"? One member of the Huffines family doesn't think so. Or perhaps hedging bets is the more likely scenario.

Houston, TX-based lobbyist for Qatar reveals campaign donations, contact with Bush School at TAMU

A Houston, Texas-based lobbyist for Qatar filed an updated disclosure with the United States Justice Department on June 26, 2021, a search of public records revealed.

The foreign lobbying disclosure document required under FARA, the Foreign Agent Registration Act submitted by Chase Untermeyer brings to light campaign cash donations made to two Texas elected officials and activities undertaken in conjunction with his consulting agreement with the State of Qatar.

Required under FARA a registrant such as Untermeyer must disclose compensation, campaign donations or any thing of value made from his own funds to candidates for elected office.

For the period 1/1/2021 through 5/31/2021 Untermeyer received $75,000 in fees as a Texas advisor to the State of Qatar.

In May 2021 he made two campaign contributions; $250.00 to Houston councilman Edward Pollard and 500.00 to U.S. Congressman Michael McCaul of Texas.

The lobbyist for Qatar disclosed his activities undertaken in accordance with his advisory role:

  • Ongoing liaison between the Consulate General of Qatar and an effort by MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston to obtain Qatari funding for a radiotherapy facility in Gaza,
  • Ongoing local liaison for the Qatar Harvey Fund in the execution of its projects in the greater Houston area,
  • Liaison between the Embassy of Qatar and principals of the Houston-Harris County Winter Storm Relief Fund in connection with an Embassy donation to the fund, and
  • A series of emails and telephone calls offering Qatari subject-matter experts to the following entities: The Baker Institute at Rice University; the Bush School at Texas A&M; the Clements Center at the University of Texas; the Institute for the Study of Western Civilization at Texas Tech University; the Tower Center at Southern Methodist University; the Center for International Studies at the University of St. Thomas; the Kormetsky Center for Excellence at St. Edwards' University; the Asia Society-Texas Center and the World Affairs Councils of Houston, Dallas-Ft Worth, and Austin.

Texas A&M University receives more than $76.2 million each year to operate its branch campus in Qatar, The Washington Post reported. The Post obtained a copy of the contract and budget documents for the campus via a public records request in 2016.
Texas A&M’s campus in Qatar’s “Education City” has awarded 635 degrees in engineering fields since its establishment in 2003. It is one of six U.S. branch campuses funded by the Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development.
Each of the branches has a specific programmatic focus: Carnegie Mellon’s branch focuses on business and computer science, Cornell University’s on medicine, Georgetown University’s on foreign service, Northwestern University’s on communication and journalism, and Virginia Commonwealth University’s on art and design. The Post estimates that operating expenses for all six of the branches totaled $404.8 million in 2014.
Seeking public records about potential influence by the Qatar government’s funding of certain Texas A&M University programs at its campus in Education City, Al Rayyan, Qatar; earlier this week County Examiner reported a Judicial Watch announcement for the following:
(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today that it filed petition for review with the Supreme Court of Texas regarding a lawsuit on behalf of its client Zachor Legal Institute under the Texas Public Information Act (TPIA), seeking records about potential influence by the Qatar government’s funding of certain Texas A&M University programs at its campus in Education City, Al Rayyan, Qatar (Zachor Legal Institute, v. Qatar Foundation For Education, Science And Community Development (No. 21-0542)

Zachor Legal Institute is a U.S.-based advocacy group dedicated to combatting the spread of anti-Semitism. Zachor made two requests under the Texas Public Information Act for information about the funding or donations made to Texas A&M by the government of Qatar and agencies and subdivisions of the government of Qatar. Qatar controversially has aligned itself with Islamic terrorists and extremistswhich has placed it at odds with the United States, Israel and other U.S. allies in the Middle East.

Amnesty-championing group signals support of Republican candidate for Texas Attorney General

The Republican National Hispanic Assembly, an RNC-aligned group with credible, documented evidence of advocating for mass amnesty of illegal aliens is discretely supporting Eva Guzman for Texas Attorney General, County Examiner can report.

According to public records accessed through the Texas Ethics Commission, Texans for Eva Guzman's campaign treasurer is Orlando Salazar of Dallas, Texas.

A search of their Leadership page reveals Salazar currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the Republican National Hispanic Assembly.

On Friday, Guzman, a Republican, filed what is known as a campaign treasurer appointment form with the Texas Ethics Commission, saying she is seeking the office of attorney general, according to a copy of the form obtained by The Texas Tribune. Her treasurer is Orlando Salazar of Dallas, the vice chair of the Republican National Hispanic Assembly.

County Examiner reported on the RNHA's official organization in 1974 under then incumbent Republican National Committee chair George H.W. Bush ; the only Hispanic Republican organization recognized as an ally of the Republican National Committee (RNC)." and more.

County Examiner previously wrote about questions that swirled around Harris County, Texas pertaining not only to foreign meddling but to an endorsement scandal in the March 2020 Texas CD-7 Congressional Republican primary race---by a DACA recipient and then National Press Secretary for the Republican National Hispanic Assembly.

That former DACA recipient and National Press Secretary for the RNHA was invited to Capitol Hill for a March 2019 House Judiciary Committee hearing and via meddling in US politics and our electoral process, lobbyied Congress on the issue of passing a mass amnesty for illegal aliens and other foreign nationals present in the country--the same type of mass amnesty contained in the $3.5 trillion budget bill pending before Congress.

As Guzman campaign across Texas during this primary season America First voters in the state are well advised to do their research and ask the tough questions of Eva Guzman's support of a mass illegal alien amnesty.

Did Texas SC Justice Guzman resign to avoid hearing a pivotal transparency lawsuit?

Did former Texas Supreme Court Justice Eva Guzman politically time her resignation from the bench to avoid hearing a THIRD and pivotal public information transparency lawsuit?

Rampant speculation surrounded Texas Supreme Court Justice Eva Guzman's June 7, 2021 decision to resign from the bench. With no resignation reason provided to Texas Governor Greg Abbott both the Houston Chronicle and the Texas Tribune at the time opined she might run for a different office in 2022.

From the Houston Chronicle:
Republican Texas Supreme Court Justice Eva Guzman has announced her resignation from the bench without stating a reason, fueling speculation she may have her sights set on running for a different office in 2022

From the Texas Tribune:

In her letter to Abbott, Guzman did not state a reason for her resignation, fueling speculation that she may have aspirations to run for another office during the 2022 election cycle.
And one week later the Texas Tribune reported Eva Guzman filed paperwork to run for Texas Attorney General.

To be perfectly clear there's nothing nefarious about the decision of an elected official to resign from one office and subsequently announce running for another. County Examiner is not surprised and in fact supports an individuals right to decide when they retire from their job.

However, this article attempts to shed sunlight on another and politically unspoken reason for Justice Guzmans resignation. That reason is to escape being on the bench, avoid being on the Texas Supreme Court as a third and crucial open records transparency case roars towards the states' top court.

Seeking public records about potential influence by the Qatar government’s funding of certain Texas A&M University programs at its campus in Education City, Al Rayyan, Qatar; Judicial Watch announced the following:

As a Texas Supreme Court Justice Eva Guzman thwarted transparency advocates and slammed the door on Texans and media, effectively banning them from "following the money" and publishing stories associated with potential corruption and influence peddling.

In a follow-up article County Examiner will publish and analyze two key open records transparency lawsuit decisions rendered by the Texas Supreme Court and Justice Guzman that should give voters pause before they EVER vote for her ever again.

DACA amnesty advocate scrubbed from RNC-linked GOP Hispanic group website

A Republican National Committee-linked Hispanic organization with chapters across the United States  scrubbed the name and biography of the groups top DACA and amnesty advocate from their website, County Examiner has learned.

Congressional candidates in Florida, Texas, and other states where this group has a presence would be wise to take heed in seeking and accepting endorsements from this organization.

The Republican National Hispanic Assembly quietly deleted their former National Press Secretary, Hilario Yanez, from the Leadership page of the organizations website.

A screen shot of the RNHA's website taken June 2020 contained the name, photo, title and biography of former spokesman Hilario Eli Yanez and County Examiner saved a PDF of that web page here. (PDF here)

The Leadership page of the RNHA website now shows Yanez scrubbed from the site,

Hmmm, why would they want to HIDE Yanez's historical affiliation with the RNHA from voters and candidates for office?

County Examiner recently reported that Texas Congressman Dan Crenshaw's stepmother Carmen Crenshaws name and role as Texas Chapter Chairwoman was also deleted from the RNHA website.

Hmm, why would they want to HIDE the Congressman's stepmothers affiliation from voters and candidates?

Yanez, a foreign national and illegal alien DACA recipient was invited to Capitol Hill for a March 2019 House Judiciary Committee hearing and via meddling in US politics and our electoral process, lobbyied Congress on the issue of passing a mass amnesty for illegal aliens and other foreign nationals present in the country--the same type of mass amnesty contained in the $3.5 trillion budget bill pending before Congress.

Here's Yanez thanking former Georgia Congressman Doug Collins for inviting NOT an American citizen but a foreign national to testify in front of Congress.

AND here's Yanez thanking the US Chamber of Commerce for their support of amnesty.

America First advocates and candidates running for office should be very skeptical of endorsements from this group.

With a documented history of thumbing their nose at the Federal Election Commission, meddling in U.S. politics for benefit of their own personal agendas, lobbying without  FARA registration, and interfering in the endorsement processes affecting Texas Congressional AND Judicial races there are many reasons to not accept and outright reject an endorsement from this organization lest the Republican candidate become known as supporting the RNHA's objective of an American Last  mass amnesty.

RNC-aligned Hispanic group quietly scrubbed Texas Congressman's relative from website

An RNC-allied Hispanic organization quietly scrubbed the step-mother of Texas Congressman Dan Crenshaw from the Texas Chapter Leadership section of their website.

Why? What controversies could possibly be swirling around the group known as the Republican National Hispanic Assembly ?

But first a little background and the emphasis below is mine.

Officially organized in 1974 under the leadership of then-incumbent RNC Chairman George H.W. Bush an archived version of the RNHA website discloses the group has "been the only Hispanic Republican organization recognized as an ally of the Republican National Committee (RNC)."

Having established their alliance to the RNC (in the organizations very own words BTW), a screen shot of the RNHA's "State Chapters" section retrieved June 2020 identified Texas Congressman Dan Crenshaw's step-mother serving as Chairwoman of the groups Texas Chapter.

And in their article below, the Houston Chronicle noted the relationship between Carmen Crenshaw and the then Congressional candidate:

Fourteen months later however the Congressman's step-mother is no longer listed as the Chair of the Texas State Chapter:

County Examiner previously wrote about questions that swirled around Harris County, Texas pertaining not only to foreign meddling but to an endorsement scandal in the March 2020 Texas CD-7 Congressional Republican primary race---by a DACA recipient and then National Press Secretary for the Republican National Hispanic Assembly

This news site published:
"Yanez is a DACA recipient  (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) --a foreign national, unlawfully present in the United States but allowed to work and obtain a drivers license and protected from deportation under an Obama executive order.

Foreign national Yanez is also tied to a Republican advisory board that issued THIS LIST of endorsements in Congressional and Judicial candidates prior to the March 2020 Super Tuesday GOP primary."
Exit question: Has the RNHA (and by alliance the Republican National Committee) been quietly advocating for an American Last, illegal alien amnesty of DACA recipients?

Is this why Ms. Crenshaw's name and role as Texas State Chairwoman was scrubbed from the RNHA website?

Allen West on the border: Americans Having To Abandon Their Homes

Texas Gubernatorial candidate LTC Allen West spoke with residents of Del Rio, Texas yesterday and was shown homes that Americans had to abandon because they didn't feel safe in the State of Texas.

"Americans had to abandon their homes because they're terrorized...that should not be happening...when Americans have to abandon their homes that means they are abandoning the American dream...and they're allowing illegal immigrants, cartels, islamic jihadists, violent gangs like MS-13 to win"

"That's not gonna happen in Texas if I become Governor."

War Room: Border Patrol has lost all control with no end in sight

Earlier today Bianca Gracia from Latinos for Trump appeared on Steve Bannon's show War Room: Pandemic. She told Bannon's audience there have been no arrests of illegal aliens as Texas Governor Abbott had promised.

"No arrests."
"Only soundbites from Governor Abbott."
"He says he is tougher than Don Huffines and Lt. Colonel Allen West."
"The sheriffs have been asking him to use our capabilities"
"Its anything but Abbott at this point in time; I honestly am supporting Huffines"
"There's nowhere to put them in the jails even if they DO get arrested"

It's safe to say Kevin Mccarthy is funding "Impeach Trumper" incumbent in WA-03

Three House Republicans who voted to impeach President Donald J. Trump are funding the primary campaign of a fourth Impeach Trumper fellow in Washington State, Federal Election Commission filings show.

Campaign finance reports reveal Rep. Fred Upton, Rep. Tom Rice and Rep. Adam Kinzinger are the political action committee (PAC) leadership sponsors funding the primary re-election campaign of Rep. Jamie Herrera-Beutler of Washington State.

Herrera-Beutler is fending off a primary challenge from America First candidate Joe Kent in Washington States Third Congressional District.

And Joe Kent went on War Room: Pandemic earlier today to talk about it.

FEC records show Congressman Fred Upton's Leadership PAC is the Trust PAC Team Republicans For Utilizing Sensible Tactics:

They contributed $2000.00 to Herrera-Buetler's primary campaign:

Congressman Tom Rice's Leadership PAC is Republicans In Congress Empowering America:

and gave $3500.00 to Herrera-Beutler :

Congressman Adam Kinzinger's Leadership PAC is the Future First Leadership PAC which gave $5000.00 to Herrera-Beutler

ABC News reported Kinzinger, Upton, Rice, and Herrera-Beutler joined with Rep. John Katko, Rep. Dan Newhouse, Rep. David Valadao, Rep. Peter Meijer, Rep. Anthony Gonzales and Rep. Liz Cheney  voted to impeach President Donald J. Trump in January 2021.

So is it safe to say House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy is directing the "Impeach Trumpers" in his caucus to save the skin of Establishment America Last RINO's?
