CST THE PRESIDENT:  Well, thank you very much.  It's an honor to be here.  We're seeing the beginning of a very powerful and important plant.  And anybody that followed my campaign, I would always talk about Apple -- that I want to see Apple building plants in the United States.  And that’s what's happening.  And having -- Tim Cook is somebody that I greatly respect -- a great leader, a great businessman.  And it's a very special day.  For me, this is a very special day.      Our country is doing well, probably better than ever before, certainly from the standpoint of the economy.  And we're in a state that I love: Texas.

Congressional staffers travel to Ukraine now has link to Florida

A legislative aide to one Florida Congressman was among nine Congressional staffers who traveled to Ukraine on a trip paid for by the firm at the center of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's  impeachment inquiry efforts against President Trump.

Public disclosure records reveal Sarah Miller, Legislative Aide to Florida Congressman Brian Mast, traveled between August 24-August 31, 2019 with eight other Congressional staffers, including California Congressman Adam Schiff's aide Thomas Eager, to Ukraine on a trip paid for by the Atlantic Council Eurasia Center.

The Employee Post Travel Disclosure Form reveals Congressman Mast sits on the House Foreign Affairs Committee and Miller is the "staffer handling all of his Foreign Affairs work".

Interestingly, from a recent screen shot of her LinkedIn page Miller listed her experience as "Fellow" - Atlantic Council" for the period February 2019 to present as part of her profile.

Aside from the Atlantic Council "globe" logo, County Examiner cannot independently confirm Millers current "Fellow" position with the Atlantic Council is the same or is an affiliate of the very same the Atlantic Council that paid for the Ukraine trip.

For now, the impeachment inquiry and gossip-blower complaint against President Trump has a documented connection to Florida.
