Set Aside & Decertify! AZ's Mark Finchem introduces resolution to decertify 3 2020 AZ county elections

Arizona State Representative Mark Finchem introduced a resolution to set aside and decertify the Nov 2020 election results in three Arizona counties.

The resolution, HCR 2033 (HERE) calls on Maricopa, Pima and Yuma counties to set aside their election results "based on clear and convincing evidence that the elections in those counties were irredeemably compromised".

One bit of evidence among the whereas clauses on pages 1 and 2 of the resolution reads as follows (emphasis mine):

"Whereas, the Arizona Election Code requires that all persons voting in an election must be registered to vote twenty-nine days before an election by law, and voter registration was extended by the federal judiciary to October 23 in direct conflict with A.R.S. section 16-101,1 subsection A, paragraph 3, a violation of the separation of powers;"
and ironically coincides EXACTLY what Arizona's Rep. Andy Biggs asked the entire U.S. House of Representatives to consider during his January 6, 2021 objections to Arizona electoral votes at the 23:49 minute mark of this CSPAN video.

"Arizona also establishes deadlines for voter registration. The deadline has been in place for 30 years."

"THIS year the voter registration deadline was October 5. Early voting commenced two days later."

"Five days before the deadline, a group filed a lawsuit demanding that an Arizona election officials does not have to enforce the deadline."

"The Federal District court said that other states have a deadline later than Arizona and some allow for registration and that Arizona's new deadline would be the time HE chose, not the legislators."

"The appellate court noted that the Arizona deadline established by the state legislature was sound and appropriate and compiled with the Constitution. But the appellate court merely shortened the extension, bypassing of the deadline to 10 days. The appellate court, without legal justification, also decided that everyone who registered after the legal deadline, but before the deadline created by judicial fiat could still vote."

Bottom line: in a violation of separation of powers the judiciary unilaterally changed a voter registration law aka deadline that had been in place for THIRTY years.

Mark Finchem's resolution summarizes this and other justifications that give complete legitimacy to Biggs' objection cited above.

County Examiner recently reported on the reemergence of a January 4, 2021 letter sent to all Republican members of Congress from the Senate of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania also asking to support objections to the electoral college votes and delay certification of the November 2020 election results.

Here we go again! Is it legal? Did Zuckerbucks pay for a ZuckerElection in Phoenix, AZ?

On November 29 County Examiner wrote about a group of Wisconsin voters and taxpayers who filed suit against the Wisconsin Election Commission. Their suit outlined how and exactly which Wisconsin state statutes were violated that allowed their state absentee voter ID laws be ignored in advance of and through Election Day November 3.

Among the documents in that case was one exhibit describing how a 501c3 group associated with Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg "gifted" in excess of $6.3 million dollars to conduct the Wisconsin general election in the manner determined by the agreement and not in accordance with state law.

SURPRISE!

Meanwhile over in Arizona, among the documents filed in Superior Court of Arizona, Maricopa County CV2020-096490 are a two-part amicus brief filed by CTCL (Center for Tech and Civic Life) and the documents Swampy Media and their counterparts Lazy Research Media refuse to publish-

a copy of an October 15, 2020 $2.995 million grant agreement between CTCL and Maricopa County !

CTCL Grant Award AZ by Yvonne Larsen

County Examiner wonders about the funneling of over $2.995 million "ZuckerBucks" through a 501c3 (tax break for doing so??) to provide for the salaries and operating expenses of conducting, in part a Presidential election in the manner the agreement calls for instead of in the manner prescribed by state law.

Didn't the U.S. Elections Assistance Commission provide all the states with federal money through the CARES Act for GOTV?

And I bet like County Examiner you cant WAIT for the Maricopa recorder to provide a report to CTCL explaining how the $2.995 million ZuckerBucks were spent and on what activities?

LOL!

The lawsuits keep coming; Trump campaign files suit in Arizona

President Trump’s re-election campaign and the Republican National Committee today filed a lawsuit in Arizona alleging that Maricopa County incorrectly rejected votes cast by in-person voters on Election Day.

Big Media will FAIL to yet again publish links to the legal court filings, but County Examiner DOES.

Press release from the Trump campaign:
President Trump’s re-election campaign and the Republican National Committee today filed a lawsuit in Arizona alleging that Maricopa County incorrectly rejected votes cast by in-person voters on Election Day. When a machine detects an overvote on a ballot, poll workers should inform in-person voters of the error and give them an opportunity to correct the issue. Instead, poll workers in Maricopa County pressed, and told voters to press, a green button to override the error. As a result, the machines disregarded the voter’s choices in the overvoted races. The campaign has collected declarations from voters who witnessed the problem and alleges that the problem occurred on a large scale in Maricopa County.  Voters can submit additional declarations at DontTouchTheGreenButton.com.
“Poll workers struggled to operate the new voting machines in Maricopa County, and improperly pressed and told voters to press a green button to override significant errors,” said Matt Morgan, Trump 2020 campaign general counsel. “The result is that the voting machines disregarded votes cast by voters in person on Election Day in Maricopa County.”
The suit asks for the manual inspection of purportedly overvoted ballots that were cast in-person, the same way that elections officials examined overvoted ballots that were mailed in or dropped off.

Mexican men claiming to be children caught by Customs and Border Protection

A pregnant woman and two men falsely claiming to be children were among the 13 foreign nationals caught and detained by U.S. Customs and Border Protection in separate incidents this past week, announced CBP.

According to a news release found here on Tuesday September 3, one of two subjects apprehended in Yuma, AZ initially claimed to be a 17-year-old Guatemalan national, but agents discovered he was actually a 24-year-old Mexican national.
The second subject initially claimed to be a 17-year-old Guatemalan national, but agents discovered he was actually a 24-year-old Mexican national.
The man reported to agents a human smuggler told him to make the fraudulent claim. He was advised representing himself as an unaccompanied child from Guatemala would ensure his release into the United Stated by law enforcement. Both subjects were processed for immigration violations."
On Wednesday September 4 CBP agents located two illegal aliens, one of whom claimed to be 17 years old but later revealed to be 24 years old.
"Yuma Station agents located two subjects west of Avenue B and near County 24th Street. One subject was unconscious and apparently suffering from heat exhaustion. The second subject, also suffering from heat exhaustion, initially claimed to be a 17-year-old juvenile, but through an investigation was determined to be a 24-year-old Mexican national. They were transported to Yuma Regional Medical Center by ambulance and treated before released to agents. Both subjects were processed for immigration violations."
Here's the kicker:

"The two 24-year-old men from Mexico in the above incidents were later found to be brothers who were traveling separately.
