President Trump skewers RINO Mitch McConnell for failing to stop the fraudulent 2020 election from certification

President Trump skewered RINO U.S. Kentucky Senator Mitch McConnell yesterday, in part for doing nothing to stop the most fraudulent election in American history.

Released in a tweet from the Save America PAC through spokesperson Liz Harrington the statement can now be linked directly to the January 4, 2021 letter written by Commonwealth of Pennsylvania state senators and addressed to Mitch McConnell himself.

The existence of that letter was revealed during an January 28, 2022 episode of Steve Bannon's show "War Room", which County Examiner wrote about here.

The letter urged then U.S. Senate Majority Mitch McConnell and  and Republican Leader of the US House of Representatives Kevin McCarthy to delay certification of the Electoral College based on
violations of both the U.S. and Pennsylvania Constitutions.

As CE noted yesterday the letter was also sent to all Republican members of the U.S. Senate and U.S. House of Representatives.

One such violation at both the Commonwealth and Federal level pertained to the passage of Act 77-the law which allowed for no-excuse mail voting, which a Commonwealth court struck down as unconstitutional.

In its decision, the court noted that while the law did expand access to the ballot, the changes to mail voting laws require a constitutional amendment.

As more material surfaces linking Republican Congressional leadership and membership to requests from states to delay certification of the November 2020 election-----and with the start of the 2022 primary season right around the corner,  voters and challengers to GOP incumbents should research the public accounts to determine where their Senator or Congressman stood on the Commonwealth's request

Best you Texans do that research before early voting starts next week. If your Congressman didn't go on the record as one of the 60 joining Arizona Congressman Paul Gosars objection ---well---County Examiner won't tell you what to do.

Devastating letter surfaces urging Congress to delay certification of Nov 2020 election

A letter from the Pennsylvania Senate urging Congressional leaders to delay certification of the November 2020 election surfaced on a January 28, 2022 episode of Steve Bannon's show "War Room".

Pennsylvania attorney Wally Zimolong joined the show to comment on breaking news that a Commonwealth court struck down Act 77, the law that established no-excuse mail voting in Pennsylvania, saying it violated the state constitution.

In its decision, the court noted that the law has expanded access to the ballot, but the majority said that any changes to mail voting laws would require a constitutional amendment.

Later in the episode Bannon revealed the existence of the letter below.

Dated January 4, 2021 and addressed to then Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and Republican Leader of the US House of Representatives Kevin McCarthy, the Pennsylvania Senate outlines violations of both the U.S. and Pennsylvania Constitutions --violations of separations of powers and setting the time, date place and manner of conducting elections which is reserved to the state legislatures.

"Due to these inconsistent and questionable activities we believe that PA election results should not have been certified by our Secretary of State."

Ruh roh: Will new docket entries about harrassment of lawyers go unreported by the swamp media?

If you are following news accounts of the Trump lawsuit in the Middle District of Pennsylvania you've read headlines published by the Swampy Media overnight and today along the lines of "Trump campaign pares back lawsuit" and "Trump lawsuit appears to be weakening".

Note the tactics of the Swampy Lawyers feeding information to Swampy Media. Observe what is OMITTED from Swampy Media articles. Not only does Swampy Media fail to include copies of the legal brief and exhibits, they exclude information that does not align with their prescribed narrative.

New docket entries on file in public records describe motions and responses about harassment of counsel who've committed the political crime of representing the Donald Trump campaign in this litigation.

PA Middle District: Harassment of Lawyers representing the Trump campaign by Yvonne Larsen on Scribd

Now what motive could Swampy Lawyers and Swampy Media have for omitting information on folks who encouraged the targeted harassment of lawyers from their "news" stories?

Yeah. They certainly wouldn't want to report that legal eagles working at a firm representing the PA SOS would do such a thing.

American Thinker: PA uses Dominion Voting Systems and sends their data to who exactly?

The undisputed public record and information in the public domain is the state of Pennsylvania (and a LOT of other states) use Dominion Voting Systems (see here). Fox Business host Lou Dobbs interviewed a former Dominion employee (see here) on his show last night.

Dominion makes money via a revenue stream of taxpayer dollars from states, counties who buy Dominion Voting Systems equipment, you gotta wonder what is done with all that election data?

Is it THEIRS to SELL to anyone?
" Pennsylvania uses Dominion voting systems, which forward their data to Edison Research, which then Javascript-encodes it and sends it on to the New York Times and the networks.  So "Pede" downloaded the Edison data for Pennsylvania from the New York Times at this address and analyzed it to locate all similar vote switches, as well as for votes that just went missing."

In addition to the NY Times look who ELSE uses Edison Research to feed and create the Electoral College map published on their website.

County Examiner will continue doing the work Big Media refuses to do. Think like Big Tech--what do they DO with the data?

Tucker Carlson confirms dead people "voted' in the 2020 Presidential election

On November 11th the Trump campaign published two press releases (Georgia and Pennsylvania) with examples of the victims of voter fraud; two sets of illegally cast ballots from dead voters that must be investigated.

So Team Tucker investigated and provided the proof to his viewers last night.

Watch for the "lawyers" insisting that to prove voter fraud you must identify and "find" the person who voted and that's the ONLY way to exclude that ballot from the Legal Vote tally.

Are these "lawyers" claiming official county death records and obituaries written by grieving families and published in newspapers don't qualify as "evidence"?

RNC and Trump Campaign Win Major Victory in Pennsylvania Voter ID Case

WASHINGTON – In a huge victory for election integrity, the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania sided with the Republican National Committee and Donald J. Trump for President, Inc. in the challenge to Secretary Boockvar’s unlawful deadline extension for absentee voters to provide missing proof of identification. The court has enforced the proper statutory deadline and ordered that those ballots be segregated and not counted.

The RNC is doing everything in our power to ensure that these kind of issues are resolved and the letter of the law is followed. We will not stand idly by as Democrats use shady and illegal tactics to tip the scales in their favor and against the will of the American people. We will continue to fight for election integrity every step of the way until the results up and down the ballot are final.” – RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel

You can view the filing here.

Background:

In the eleventh hour, Secretary Boockvar re-wrote Pennsylvania Election Code to move the deadline to provide missing proof of identification for absentee voters. Last night, the RNC and Trump campaign filed a lawsuit challenging this flagrant disregard of state law.

The RNC and its Republican allies will continue to fight back against Democrat efforts to move the goal posts and count unlawful ballots. The RNC and Trump campaign have over 500 volunteer lawyers and multiple firms engaged in Pennsylvania, and are fully prepared to litigate as necessary to ensure the integrity of the process.

EVIDENCE: Trump campaign files suit in Pennsylvania against unconstitutional two-track system

President Trump’s re-election campaign today filed a lawsuit in Pennsylvania alleging the creation and implementation of an illegal “two-tiered” voting system for the 2020 General Election.

Pennsylvania's “two-track” system resulted in voters being held to different standards depending on how they chose to exercise their right to vote. In-person voters had to sign voter registrations, have those signatures checked against voter rolls, vote in a polling place monitored by statutorily-authorized poll observers, and have their votes counted in a transparent and verifiable open and observed manner.

UPDATED: PACER Middle District of Pennsylvania Case 4:20-cv-02078-MWB

The state's mail-in voting, which nearly 2.65 million votes were cast through, lacked all of the hallmarks of transparency and verifiability that were present for in-person voters, including not adequately verifying the voter’s identity, permitting ballots received up to three days after the election to be counted without any evidence of timely mailings, such as a postmark, and denying sufficient monitoring over the reviewing and counting of mail-in ballots.

We believe this two-tracked system results in two Constitutional violations: 1) Equal Protection Clause violation, and 2) Elections and Electors Clauses violation.

Voters in Pennsylvania were held to different standards simply based on how they chose to cast their ballot, and we believe this two-tiered election system resulted in potentially fraudulent votes being counted without proper verification or oversight, as well as many voters being disenfranchised simply for casting their votes in-person,” said Matt Morgan, Trump 2020 campaign general counsel. “We will not stop fighting for transparency and integrity in our electoral process and ensuring all Americans can trust in the results of a free and fair election.”

The suit is filed against Secretary Boockvar and the Boards of Elections of the following seven counties: Allegheny, Centre, Chester, Delaware, Philadelphia, Montgomery, and Northampton.

Florida, Texas among 17 states challenging PA extending Election Day beyond Nov 3

Florida and Texas are among seventeen states (think "interested parties") asking the United States Supreme Court to grant review and reverse the Pennsylvania Supreme Courts' extension of  Election Day three days beyond November 3 through judicial fiat.

I'm writing this in simple, easy to understand terms, so please no emails from lawyers that I'm not using Black's Law Dictionary.

According to Supreme Court.gov the States of Ohio and Oklahoma, and in a filing by the State of Missouri the following states assert the Pennsylvania Supreme Court overstepped its constitutional responsibility, encroached on the authority of the Pennsylvania legislature, and violated the plain language of the Election Clauses of the U.S. Constituion:

  • Ohio,
  • Oklahoma,
  • Missouri,
  • Alabama,
  • Arkansas,
  • Florida,
  • Indiana
  • Kansas
  • Kentucky,
  • Louisiana,
  • Mississippi,
  • Nebraska
  • South Carolina,
  • South Dakota,
  • Tennessee
  • Texas
  • West Virginia
As we've pledged as of the launch of this site, County Examiner will continue to publish links to court websites and documents.

A 4–3 majority of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court does not get to extend November 3 Election Day 2020 by three days to November 6th through judicial activism.
